How to Use the 4X4 Color Wheel™

Step 1 Personality DNA: Take our ‘4X4 Style Personality’ quiz to determine your Personality DNA and energy. This will help you align your inner energy (Active or Passive).

Step 2 Hue (Undertone): Determine your undertone and your energy temperature. Do you fall into the Cool (blue) or Warm (yellow) spectrum. This helps you know if you fall in the North, East to South, or the South, West to North.

Step 3 Value: Identify if you are on the Bright & Light or Medium & Deep scale. This step determines your contrast level and overall impression.

Step 4 Intensity: Turn the Direction Dial to find out your season and direction (sub-seasons). Determine if your colors are Pure, Tinted, Toned, or Shaded within your season, and discover the 4 directions you can flow to.
