Rebecca Doster is the founder of Refined Style by Rebecca and an internationally certified Master Image Coach and Trainer whose work transforms the way people show up — and feel — in every room they walk into.

Based in Athens, Georgia and serving clients across the Atlanta metro area and beyond, Rebecca specializes in professional color analysis using the Universal 4X4 Color System (16 Seasons)® and personal styling consultations. All services are available virtually, making expert image guidance accessible no matter where you are. Her primary focus is women at pivotal moments in their lives — professionals stepping into bigger roles, women navigating career transitions, and those simply ready to stop guessing and start dressing with intention. She also works with male professionals who are ready to elevate their presence, as well as men navigating major life transitions who are looking for trusted, knowledgeable guidance on building a wardrobe that works for them.

Before founding her consulting practice, she spent years on the corporate side of fashion retail, developing expertise in professional soft skills and business ethics that she now weaves into every client engagement. A long-standing member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), Rebecca is also a professional speaker and workshop facilitator. She serves as Executive Director and Senior International Trainer at ByFERIAL Image and Color Institute, where she mentors and trains aspiring image consultants and stylists across the United States and internationally.
