Elisa Negro

Elisa Negro is an Italian Image Consultant and Style Strategist, certified as a 4X4 Color Consultant (4X4C) by ByFERIAL.

After earning her degree in Languages, Cultures and International Communication, she gained extensive experience in the corporate sector, developing an international perspective on communication and image that continues to shape her professional approach today.

Since 2014, she has been guiding private clients, professionals and companies through personalized consultations in color analysis, body & face shape, personal style and visual identity. Over the years, she has collaborated with companies in the fashion, cosmetics, home furnishings and luxury industries while also delivering professional education through courses, workshops and training programs for both businesses and image professionals.

Her certification as a 4X4 Color Consultant (4X4C) through ByFERIAL marks an important milestone in her specialization in color analysis, strengthening her expertise and further enriching a consulting methodology built on rigor, structure and personalization.

At the same time, she completed a three-year diploma in Counseling, integrating advanced listening and communication skills that enrich her consulting approach and enable her to create highly personalized experiences for every client.

Her professional experience also includes international educational projects promoting Italian fashion at Asian academies, as well as collaborations in the film industry as a costume designer.

In 2019, she founded #disTURBtheCANCER, an Italian entrepreneurial project dedicated to the design and production of turbans and headwear for people affected by alopecia, with a particular focus on chemotherapy-induced hair loss. The project has been featured in leading Italian newspapers, including La Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore and Il Messaggero.

Elisa is a member of AICI – Association of Image Consultants International. She welcomes clients at her studio in Varese, Italy, and works with private clients and companies throughout Italy, online and in Switzerland.
