Ferial Youakim is the founder and director of ByFERIAL image consulting and the Universal 4×4 Color System – 16 seasons ® used by consultants worldwide. She has been a sought-after image consultant since 1986 on four continents, focusing her work on strengthening the self-value of clients around the U.S., Middle East, Australia and Asia.
Although making her mark as a highly trained image consultant in the fashion and retail industries, Ferial Youakim’s vision and mission are to empower women of all walks of life to face their challenges head-on, showcase their accomplishments and make a difference in the lives of others. Ferial Youakim has founded nonprofit organizations and businesses around the world. She was honored with the National Health and Medical Research Council’s National Gold Volunteer Award for Australia. She is an author and motivational speaker. She is the Australian National Director for the International Pageant and the Vice President for The Humanity Project, running programs for school kids who in turn will help other kids, their peers, to overcome bullying, prevent distracted driving and encourage feelings of self-value.

Rebecca Doster
Executive Director
Rebecca Doster is an internationally certified image consultant, Master Trainer and Lifestyle Coach based in Athens GA, who strives to inspire and educate her clients to be the absolute best they can be in life. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, Rebecca is an alumnus of the University of Tennessee, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. Since completing her degree, she has worked with retail giants, such as Neiman Marcus, Gap and DKNY. At Neiman’s, she worked in conjunction with the PR department, assisting in the production of fashion shows and special events, as well as consulting with some of the store’s most prestigious individual clients.
Rebecca has completed training and earned international image certification with London Image Institute, Fashion Stylist Institute and ByFerial Image Consultant Training and is certified in the 4X4 Color System™. She is most proud, however, of being the first ByFerial Master Trainer and Lifestyle Coach in North America and looks forward to training and mentoring future generations of image consultants and stylists.

Amanda MacMaster

Award-winning marketing professional and AMANDA MACMASTER is addicted to all things digital, coffee and her little family including her husband (Scott), her daughters (Fiona & Emma), and her 4 rescue pets (JP, Sadie, Coal & Bella). Amanda turned her passion for technology, creativity, and design skills into a career as a PR and marketing professional. A Boston native and UMass Amherst graduate, Amanda relocated to South Florida where she honed her marketing and design skills. Amanda’s resume includes Interim Marketing Director for the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, Marketing Director at Arts Garage, and Marketing Director at Miami Design Preservation League. She has been a speaker for Miami Arts Marketing Project, Florida Festivals & Events Association Conference & Tradeshow, Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, Brevard Cultural Alliance and National Leadership Institute. Amanda serves on the board of the Greater Miami Festivals and Events Association. Amanda is currently the owner and Marketing Director at MasterWing Creative Agency.

Ethan is a Master Visual Content Creator. He is a professional photographer with over 10 years of experience. Ethan won Best Photographer in Palm Beach County in 2019. In addition to his photography career, Ethan has years of experience in video editing, event planning, event management and social media marketing. Ethan resume includes his position of Director of Dopeness at Arts Garage. He has been published in over 20 fine art magazines. He has completed photography projects for Tony Robbins, the City of Delray Beach, Delray Beach CRA, Delray Beach Chamber, Arts Garage, Spady Museum, South Beach Jazz Festival, Affair of the Arts, and more. He is an adventure seeker that loves to travel with his wife Marielle. Fun fact – the happy couple spent a full year traveling the country in a van. Now they live in sunny Delray Beach.
