AWARD CATEGORIES

Our key goal is to reward those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to various industries and sectors. To be eligible individuals will need to complete the following process:

● Apply or be nominated through our nomination application
● Make the shortlist – a minimum number of votes is required
● Be selected by our judging panel
● Be present at the 2022 Ignite Conference to accept the award

Each year, ByFERIAL recognizes dynamic women business leaders who have contributed significantly to various industries, communities, and in the lives of others.

*All Applications should be submitted before June 30, 2022.

BUSINESS LEADER OF THE YEAR

This award is presented to a leader, influencer, and visionary whose record reflects ongoing and exceptional growth in contribution and has demonstrated leadership, innovative forward-thinking, and the ability to elevate their team.

DO GOOD “PHILANTHROPY” AWARD

This award is presented to a business or an individual in recognition of their valuable contributions to charitable organizations and has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to others in need.

EMPOWER AWARD

This award recognizes a business or individual that has created and paved the way for many others to build their business and brand, creating a culture of enabling others to shine. The winners are nominated each year for demonstrating leadership, innovative forward-thinking, and the ability to elevate their marketing teams.

RISING STAR

This award acknowledges aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs in a new, prospering, business. Nominees will have demonstrated reaching a higher-level position and their record of accomplishment reflects a strong potential for leadership in their profession. Business must be in operation for no more than 4 years.
