I’m Thada Brown, a Certified Image Consultant from Kenner, Louisiana now based in Austin Texas. I am the Founder and CEO of Style Shift where I help women and fashion business owners enhance their business’ image by emphasizing the importance of proper business attire and stellar customer service skills. With over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, I have held manager roles with known retailers such as Bebe, Inc., Dillard’s, Francesca’s, and Wal-Mart. While this has given me a great head-start, God has opened the doors of opportunity through my volunteer work with Lotts of Art (Corpus Christi Black Chamber of Commerce)as Model Coordinator, TABPHE (Texas Association of Black Personnel in Higher Education) as an Assistant, Atlanta International Fashion Week as a Model Coordinator, Magic Fashion Trade Show Las Vegas as a Dresser, Austin Fashion Week as a Designer’s Assistant and Dresser, & Dress For Success Austin as an Image Consultant and Career Coach. I currently study under Master Image Coaches, Rebecca Doster & Ferial Youakim with the ByFerial Image and Color Institute where I will be officially Certified on November 10^th!

I have been married to the wonderful Executive Chef Roy Brown for 7 years, together for 20 years, and we have six beautiful children together. Fun Fact about me is that I LOVE window shopping and exercising! They are both so therapeutic and relaxing 😊
